SecureAPlus users can manage application whitelist approval requests of devices with a SecureAPlus Pro License through the SecureAPlus Portal.
SecureAPlus for Android further enhances this feature by making it accessible via the mobile application. The following are required in order to access this feature over a mobile Android device:
- A verified SecureAPlus Portal Account
- At least one valid SecureAPlus SecureAPlus Pro License attached to the Account
The Request Whitelist Approval on SecureAPlus for Android is available on all desktop devices and will be visible on both the SecureAPlus Portal and the SecureAPlus for Android but only requests made by devices with SecureAPlus SecureAPlus Pro licenses can be interacted (approve or deny) with.
Accessing the Request Whitelist Approval on SecureAPlus for Android
Ensure that you have logged in to your SecureAPlus Account Portal via Mobile. If you have not done so already, you may click here to log in to SecureAPlus Account Portal via Mobile.
Swipe right to open the left sidebar and tap on Request Whitelist Approval to view more information the whitelist request.
Note that the Whitelist Approval page may be empty if you do not have any pending whitelist approval.
Approving a Whitelist Request
Tap on a Whitelist Request that you would like to approve.
On the SecureAPlus Antivirus page, input any Admin Remarks (optional, for your own reference later) and tap on the Approve button.
The icon will be changed to Approved on the list of Whitelist Approval.
Rejecting a Whitelist Request
Tap on an entry on the Whitelist Request that you would like to reject.
On the SecureAPlus Antivirus page, input any Admin Remarks (optional) and tap on Reject button.
The icon will be changed to Rejected on the list of Whitelist Approval.
On Whitelist Approval Requests from SecureAPlus Lite Devices
It is possible for SecureAPlus Lite non-privileged users to send an approval request if the device is linked to a SecureAPlus account. However, the actual approval/rejection itself from the portal will require an upgrade to a SecureAPlus Pro license. The Approve & Reject buttons will be disabled for requests from SecureAPlus Lite devices.
