View Your Universal AV log

Follow the instructions to view your Universal AV log:

1. Launch SecureAPlus > Info & Licenses > Diagnosis

2. Click on Go to Log Locations button.

3. Two log folders will be opened in Windows Explorer.

4. To view the Universal AV log file, double click on UniversalAV.log and the log will be displayed using the default program.

Alternatively, you can manually find the UniversalAV.log at the following location: –

For Windows Vista and above:
i) C:\ProgramData\SecureAge Technology\SecureAge\log

For Windows XP:
i) C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SecureAge Technology\SecureAge\log
