This is how the SecureAPlus For Android Main Window looks like once you have launched it.

Account

Swipe right to open the left sidebar and tap on Account. You will be directed to Account page.

There are two ways to login to your Account:

  • via Facebook
  • via an existing Email Address

If you do not have an existing SecureAPlus Account, click here for more instruction on how to create a SecureAPlus Account.

Upon successful login, you will be able to see the SecureAPlus Portal menu items.

Summary

Swipe right to open the left sidebar and tap on Summary. You will be directed to the Account Summary page.

You will be able to find the number of devices associated with the same SecureAPlus account. Devices that are using SecureAPlus Pro will be listed and grouped according to their infection status.

My Devices

Swipe right to open the left sidebar and tap on My Devices. You will be directed to My Devices page.

Tapping on an individual device will bring you to the Device Detail page. Here, more information about the device such as the Device ID, Device Name, Last Check-In Date and the list of apps that are Infected will be displayed. The antivirus engine which detects any infected apps will be shown here as well.

Do note that information such as Expiry Date, License Code, Offline AV Status, UAV Status and Policy Name will only be displayed if you have installed SecureAPlus and activated it with a SecureAPlus Pro license.

Change Device Name

You may change the name of your device by simply tapping on the pencil icon on the top right-hand corner of the page.

Tap on Update.

You will be redirected back to the My Devices page upon seeing the following prompt:

Search for a Device

You may search a device by entering a keyword of the Device Name in the text search.

Add a Device

You may add the Device ID and Device Name manually by tapping on “+” symbol on the upper-right corner of the screen.

Alternatively, if you would like to add a device by scanning a QR code, tap on SCAN QR CODE.

  • You will be directed to your Android camera. Point your Android camera at the QR code. It will focus on the code after a moment.
  • Make sure that the QR code is entered on the screen. Your QR code should fit between the four brackets in the middle of your Android’s screen.
  • Wait for the code to scan. Once the code scans, the new device will automatically be added to the My Devices page.

My Licenses

Swipe right to open the left sidebar and tap on My Licences. You will be directed to the account My Licenses page. My Licenses will show you the associated licenses that are currently assigned to your account.

Search for a License

You may search for a device by entering a keyword of the License Code in the text search.

Request Whitelist Approval

Swipe right to open the left sidebar and tap on Request Whitelist Approval to view more information about any whitelist request.

Logout

Swipe right to open the left sidebar and tap on Logout to log out of your SecureAPlus Account Portal on Android.
