With SecureAPlus Premium, users have the capability to take advantage of PC security management features from the portal. In order to do so, users will have to designate installations of SecureAPlus (requires valid Premium license) as “Managed by SecureAPlus Portal” in order to push/pull security settings set by the main Account Holder.

To do this, follow the steps as outlined below:

  1. Open notepad.exe

  1. Input the following lines (or copy & pasted it):

[Management Server]

Host = secureaplus.secureage.com

Port = 443

You may also configure the following optional value:

PoolServerIntervalInMinute = 120

where PoolServerIntervalInMinute is the synchronization pool interval between client and server (in minutes).

Note that the default value for PoolServerIntervalInMinute is 5 minutes if it is not set.

  1. Save the file as autoconf.ini

  1. Place the autoconf.ini file with SecureAPlus installer

  1. Install SecureAPlus. Once the installation is completed, you should see SecureAPlus <versionNumber> Managed by SecureAPlus Portal

Note that if you have already installed SecureAPlus on the device, you can simply reinstall it with the above steps to activate this feature.
